LKG Consulting will assist you in performing an analysis of your company’s operation. A professional and detailed business analysis creates the foundation for an efficient and necessary work process for improvement. Business analysis can be performed for either certain sectors of the enterprise, or the entire company.

Expertise about the enterprise is always contained within the organization itself, through management and associates. Hence, a business analysis is always a dialog between us and the representatives within the organization.

BRR
A business analysis starts with a BRR (Business Readiness Report). The purpose of the BRR is to identify the current situation and to create a common framework for references. It is imperative to establish a common understanding of the current situation. A common ground for understanding is the current situation is a prerequisite for establishing common objectives and efficient strategies for obtaining these objectives. The BRR will define all process involved and set boundaries for the business analysis.

Requirement analysis
The next step is a requirement analysis with the purpose to identify and map out the needs for change within the organization. The implementation process can vary depending on the outcome of the BRR, industry conditions, cost restrictions and time frames etc. This is usually accomplished through interviews with management and key individuals within the targeted processes. The maybe complemented with surveying and observation of internal and external processes. The objective is to establish the need for change by management and the organization and the necessary steps for achieving improvement. Based on the BRR and the requirement analysis, the areas of improvements are established. In partnership with our clients we will then proceed to identify and document critical processes and a foundation for strategies and continued development of the organization.
