There are no translations available All operational activities need operational management in order to achieve defined objectives and to manage resources effectively. Operational management consists, in theory, of s.c. control philosophies and affixed models. In reality this means managing, controlling and developing the operation in an efficient way, by using tools and models. The needs vary between industries and companies. In order to achieve maximum efficiency, management and control needs to be tailored to the specific needs and conditions of the organization. At LKG Consulting we have extensive experience in the areas of operational management and follow up. We work in a process environment and we focus on central business processes in our customers’ strategies. The purpose is to make sure that the strategies implemented. We are experienced in analyzing our customers’ specific needs and conditions. Based upon the needs, we are able to identify the KPI’s essential to manage the operation. KPI’s are simplifications, complicated relationships particularly important to the organization, made concrete. They provide measurements and metrics information for comparable analysis. Frequently there is need to track an operation over a period of time, hence KPI’s are developed for a long time frame. |
