Tools for successful management training
The management profile compares the manager’s and the associates perception of leadership.

The profile provides an aggregate picture of the manager’s application of different leadership styles. In addition, the manager assesses the conditions in the organization in order to pursue effective leadership and what support does he manager have in his/her environment.
The profile illustrates, among other things, the strengths and weaknesses of leadership and the ability to lead and to develop a ”winning team”, stress management on a daily basis and the balance between work, family and leisure time.

This profile is very suitable for the leadership program in order to provide increased understanding for how different leadership styles interact and fit into to the business culture. This establishes a foundation for means tested management development at different levels in the organization.

The profile must allow the associates to make an appraisal of the manager’s leadership style and competence as a manager.

The results from the group are added up and then compared to the manager’s conception about him/herself as a leader through double graphic profiles, where differences and similarities are clearly shown. This is a foundation for a dialog between with the associates concerning their own leadership, but this also creates opportunities for an exchange with other managers.
